Peak Fitness Classes

We have a variety of classes from fast moving Body Combat & Spinning to total relaxation with Yoga and Pilates so whether you’re a fitness fanatic or new to fitness there’s something for you.

Classes can be booked by telephone, email or with a member of staff at reception. Members can book up to six days in advance and non-members up to two days in advance.

If a class you want isn't here, come and talk to the team and we'll see what we can do. Member feedback is crucial to the success of the classes.

Studio Guidelines
  • Classes are booked by telephone or at the club reception desk. Members can book up to six days in advance and non-members up to two days in advance.
  • Please arrive on time for classes. If you arrive late for your class it may not be possible for you to participate in that class.
  • Notify the instructor of any recent illness, injury or medical conditions that could be affected by exercise.
  • Please wear the appropriate clothing and footwear for each class such as sports and fitness wear.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after the class. A water fountain is provided for your use.
  • From time to time a cover instructor will be required to stand in for a regular instructor. This is often at short notice so please give them a chance.
  • The studio timetable will be updated regularly. If you have any comments please direct them to the Studio Co-ordinator, in person or via a customer comment form.
Class Descriptions

Body Blast - A fast, effective upper body weights-based workout that will strengthen your muscles & have you burning calories for the rest of the day.

Body Combat - Combines powerhouse moves and stance developed from a range of self-defence disciplines including karate, kickboxing, tai-chi and tae kwondo.

Body Pump - A non-impact resistance class & the fastest way to tone your body, lose body fat and ultimately change your body shape.

Body Conditioning - Get the body of your dreams with this popular toning class that targets the whole body.

Body Step – A high energy, exhilarating class where simple yet effective, powerful athletic moves tone your lower body and improve your fitness.

Breakfast Burn – Kick-start your day & metabolism with fantastic circuit-style class.

Core Conditioning – A 30-minute class designed to improve core function and stability.

Circuits - A multi-station fitness class suitable for all levels and abilities. Strength and endurance rolled into one and lots of fun.

Kettlecise - Kettlebell training in a class environment! An excellent class that tones, strengthens and conditions the whole body, promotes fat loss and improves muscular endurance – it has it all!

Pilates - Improves postural alignment and body awareness, restores physical vitality, and invigorates the mind. It helps alleviate aches and pains and enhances overall well-being.

Street Dance - An energetic, inspiring dance class for all levels where you will learn the latest hip-hop dance moves.

Tomahawk Indoor Cycling - Come along and enjoy the ride of your life, in an exhilarating indoor cycling class that is a guaranteed calorie burner. We have a class for everyone.

Yoga - A combination of breathing techniques, physical postures and meditation that develop strength and flexibility, improve the flow of energy and calm the mind.

Zumba - A fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves combined to create a stylish, upbeat dance class that will get you burning calories and having fun!
