The Holistic studio has been a great success and offers an extremely relaxing, comfortable and calming environment in which to practice Yoga and Pilates. This room is located at the back of the gym to get away from the music of the main gym. The studio has been decorated with calm colours and natural art work to create the perfect atmosphere! Following the recent addition of the abductor and adductor resistance machines, we have extended the range of resistance machines to include equipment to train the Glutes and calves. These pieces are all from the Life Fitness Signature range. The 3-way Olympic Bench has been ordered and will compliment the existing free weights equipment perfectly.
