Studio Timetable 2009
We
have a varied and extensive timetable from fast moving classes to total relaxation – or
join the fitness team for studio cycle classes.
Classes are booked by telephone or at the club reception desk. Members can
book up to six days in advance and non-members up to two days in advance.

we'll see what we can do. Member feedback is crucial to the success of your

Studio Timetable
Due to the intense level of concentration and
knowledge of the basic pilates technique required, we
ask that you take part in a 1 on 1 session with the instructor
before attending. 1 on 1 session £35.
